Piercing the Corporate Veil for an Unfair Labor Practice?

I won’t go too deep into this case but I wanted to point it out because it involves some seriously advanced employment / labor law issues.  A recent decision from the 2d Circuit Court of Appeals upholds an order of the National Labor Relations Board finding individual shareholders personally liable for an unfair labor practice.  See Salm v. NLRB, 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 2454 (2d Cir. Jan. 30, 2013).  I don’t know who thought up combining unfair labor practices and piercing the corporate veil but kudos.
